Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience supervising and managing a team of information technology (IT) professionals, including civilian and contractor personnel, to ensure effective management of IT resources or similar. Experience planning, assigning, and evaluating work of subordinate employees. Experience overseeing capital planning and investment controls, and preparation of IT budgets for their functional area of responsibility. Experience with coordination and supervision of installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and fine-tuning for the network including all hardware, software, telecommunicatons, and networking components.
