Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving. 1. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: *Experience supervising other IT professionals, including GS and contractor support employees and planning work, evaluating performance, providing guidance, and handling administrative and personnel matters. *Experience applying comprehensive knowledge of IT systems, including planning, installation, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of both hardware and software. *Experience in a Microsoft NT network environment and with Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) software like the Microsoft Office Suite is essential. *Experience being responsible for the overall information assurance program as the incumbent is the Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO). *Experience interacting with customers to define business needs, specify requirements, and ensure IT services are responsive. *Experience consulting, negotiating, and providing training to users. *Experience coordinating IT programs, managing projects, and working with various teams and stakeholders. *Experience maintaining excellent oral and written communication skills necessary to prepare reports, interpret policies, provide advice, and represent the organization.
