WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Minimum Qualifications: You must have one year specialized experience to perform successfully the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service performing ALL of the following: Applying mastery of civil rights, conscience and religious freedom, or health information privacy laws, interpreting policy, and guiding compliance and enforcement activities. Conducting investigations by planning, gathering facts, analyzing evidence, and drawing conclusions to assess legal and regulatory compliance. Developing and applying data-driven strategies to inform case management, policy, and regulatory priorities. Leading projects and managing research and analysis to support compliance and enforcement efforts. Advising senior leaders and stakeholders to align enforcement, policy, and regulatory initiatives.
