WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR GS-11 Minimum Qualifications: You must have one-year specialized experience to perform successfully the duties of the position. Applying analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills to advance program effectiveness and contribute to human capital initiatives such as workforce planning, staffing strategies, performance management, or organizational development. GS-13 Minimum Qualifications: Must have one-year specialized experience to perform successfully the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service performing ALL of the following: - Leading complex analytical, operational, and organizational initiatives - Providing strategic guidance to senior leadership, including risk management strategies and direction on key human capital or organizational development priorities. - Managing programs, projects, and operational functions to support mission objectives. - Overseeing budget planning, resource allocation, and critical programs or projects to advance mission objective Documenting experience: IN DESCRIBING YOUR EXPERIENCE, PLEASE BE CLEAR AND SPECIFIC.
