WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Minimum Qualifications: You must have one year of specialized experience to perform successfully the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-14 grade level in the Federal service performing ALL of the following: Developing and executing overall budget and human resources planning, assuring compliance with Federal laws, regulations, policies and procedures. Managing all administrative functions including employee performance reviews, time and attendance, employee engagements, adverse actions, travel, correspondence tracking, training/event coordination and reporting for the office. Providing effective communication of organizational matters to executive managers and external stakeholders as required.
