WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Minimum Qualifications: You must have one year specialized experience to perform successfully the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service performing at least ALL of the following: Managing enterprise-wide budget formulation activities, developing estimates, projections, and budget justification materials; Providing comprehensive budget execution for a multi-funded portfolio, including financial forecasting, funds control and certification, reconciliation, and monitoring of obligations and expenditures; and Advising leadership and stakeholders on appropriations policy and financial processes to ensure fiscal accountability.
