MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Applicants must have one year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-12 grade level, which has provided them with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the Records and Information Management Specialist (Controlled Unclassified Information) (Assistant Program Management Specialist) at the GS-13 grade level. Specialized experience includes: Experience in integrating records management and metadata requirements into information technology systems and business processes while working with stakeholders to ensure proper functionality for retention and disposition; and Experience assessing records management programs using qualitative and quantitative methods to identify gaps and suggest improvements; and Experience creating and/or updating records management policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
