Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1. Planning, implementing and administering family life services and activities to support military members, retirees and their families; 2. Developing activities, programs and services to improve quality of life for community members in aspects of career, social, financial, health and community; 3. Providing training and information on a variety of Quality-of-Life Programs to communicate available resources to community including financial concerns, transitions, deployment, stress, etc.; 4. Collaborating with military members, leaders and community members to execute a multi-department installation to manage events, activities and programs.
