Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Developing administrative and support services policies and processes to facilitate flow of information; 2) Tracking manpower requirements and/or submitting reports in accordance with regulations; 3) Assessing administrative structures and techniques to recommend improvements of administrative and support systems programs; 4) Providing the full range of supervisory services (i.e. assigning work, evaluating performance, recommending personnel actions, etc.).
