GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience independently developing, revising and adapting assigned courses. Experience conducting needs assessment and task analyses to determine learning objectives. Experience evaluating instructional approaches, developing materials and evaluations, recommending adjustments or modifications to training in accordance with the evaluation. Experience improving and modifying training for assigned courses. Experience conducting training and assessing progress of students in meeting desired objectives, including advising and assisting them to improve performance.
