Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience providing administrative and technical supervision to assigned staff with In-depth knowledge of theories, principles, and practices of personnel management and position classification. Experience applying comprehensive knowledge of Classification rules, regulations, and advising management in accomplishment of their responsibility, delivering HR projects in a high-quality customer service environment. Experience providing comprehensive advice to employees and management on position classification processes and position management policies including supervisory ratios, job restructuring, and reorganizations. Experience providing advisory decisions and assistance with classification appeal procedures, ensuring that the appeal complies with DOD and OPM requirements. Experience applying a variety of analytical techniques to independently resolve a wide-range conflicting classification matters.
