Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience planning work, setting and adjusting short-term priorities, and preparing work completion schedules. Experience assigning work to subordinates based on priorities, difficulty and requirements. Experience developing and evaluating subordinate employees' performance standards. Experience giving subordinate employees' advice, counsel, or instructions on work and administrative matters. Experience advising managers and supervisors on staffing and recruitment requirements, resources, and problems involving a high degree of complexity which include, recruitment strategies, sources, special programs, recruitment, relocation, and retention incentive programs. Experience researching qualifications and skills and conducting job analyses with subject matter experts. Experience sharing regulations, procedures, and determinations to inquiring employees, candidates, and supervisors. Experience providing guidance and recommendations for a variety of compensation related services, including pay determinations for new and continuing employees, recruitment, relocation and retention incentives, superior qualification appointments, credit for non-federal service towards annual leave and repayment of student loans.
