Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience conducting comprehensive manpower analysis for Civilian, Military (Active and Reserve), Local National, and Contractor personnel to ensure optimal staffing levels. Experience identifying, gathering, and analyzing quantitative and statistical data to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of program operations. Experience preparing and preserving detailed records and reports to fulfill history requirements and support data-driven decision-making. Experience providing subject matter expertise on policy, program, and manpower issues, including resource planning, development, and allocation. Experience recommending and formulating manpower strategies and policies based on in-depth analysis of budget, workforce data, and mission requirements.
