Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience defining, negotiating, and managing scheduling requirements, processes, and data for fleet/ship maintenance events using scheduling systems like Fleet Scheduling Center (FSC), Enterprise Multi-Ship Program Representative Interactive Scheduling System (EMPRESS), or Navy Data Environment (NDE). Experience facilitating scheduling conferences, developing instructional materials, and maintaining continuous liaison with stakeholders (e.g., Fleet Commanders, Shipyards, Regional Maintenance Centers) to coordinate and refine the scheduling program. Experience developing and maintaining data matrices and documentation to ensure the accuracy and continuity of scheduling policies and procedures. Experience applying knowledge of shipboard systems, maintenance event planning, and resource loading to provide comprehensive program support.
