Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience assisting in the administration of training programs, tracking personnel compliance data using databases, and drafting basic reports or communications regarding workforce development. Experience evaluating workforce development programs, analyzing compliance metrics to identify training gaps, advising supervisors on civilian development policies, and managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Waypoints. Experience designing comprehensive workforce readiness strategies, executing large-scale human capital initiatives, briefing senior leadership on readiness trends, and interpreting complex federal personnel policies.
