Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Directing, coordinating, and developing integrated systems for day-to-day and long-range administrative operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (travel, timekeeping, leave). Managing, reviewing, and drafting military (FITREPs/Evals) and civilian performance appraisals, as well as developing performance standards. Providing leadership and strategic oversight for military manning and manpower execution (e.g., managing 200+ active duty personnel) and advising senior leadership on personnel planning. Utilizing qualitative and quantitative analytical techniques to conduct trend analysis, update standard operating procedures (SOPs), and recommend strategic policy changes (e.g., for Military Awards Programs).
