Minimum Qualifications: 1. Minimum of 6 years of experience in construction estimating or construction management. 2. Must be proficient with project estimating software and tools such as RSMeans Online, or equivalent. 3. Journeyman-level knowledge of construction estimating principles and core WBDG (Whole Building Design Guide) cost estimating standards and requirements. 4. Proficiency in interpreting drawings, specifications, and planning documents. 5. Experience in cost risk assessment, multidisciplinary coordination, and communicating complex cost concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. 6. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Highly Qualifications: 1. Knowledge of IMCOM organization, mission, policies, governing project development, design, and execution. 2. Experience managing construction projects. 3. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively. 4. Knowledge of set schedules and milestones. 5. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management is preferred, or equivalent field experience.
