MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: At least one year experience that demonstrates knowledge of standardized club or food facility operational practices and procedures, pricing and ability to coordinate with all facets of the club operation. Knowledge and understanding of catering practices. Skills necessary to assist customers in planning party functions. Ability to plan, organize and coordinate functions to provide the best in quality service to patrons, with a personal dedication to complete customer satisfaction. Ability to carry out responsibilities in an independent manner, working under pressure with limited supervision. Ability to prepare reports and complete simple contractual arrangements. Skill to deal courteously and effectively with customers, employees and management. This is a white-collar position where occasional lifting up to 20 lbs may be required. Must obtain and maintain the appropriate security clearance eligibility.
