To qualify at the GS-07 grade level, your resume must demonstrate at least one (1) full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-05 grade level in the federal sector. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work. Examples of specialized experience include performing the following types of tasks on a regular basis. Housing management with application of a variety of general business principles and practices concerning the purchase, rental, and overall utilization of housing facilities. Conducting surveys and gathering data. Monitoring program budgets; preparing correspondence and reports. Processing housing applications. Maintaining rental or leasing properties files/information. OR At least one of the following if using education to qualify at this grade level: A. Bachelor's degree with Superior Academic Achievement in a field of study directly related to the work of the position. OR B. Completion of one (1) full academic year of graduate level education (18 semester hours, 27 quarter hours, or the equivalent) in a field of study directly related to the work of the position. OR C. A combination of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-05 level in or related to the work of this position and graduate level education that provided the specific knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the duties of this position that meets 100% of the qualification requirements for this position.
