WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Minimum Qualifications: You must have one year specialized experience to perform successfully the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service performing ALL of the following: Developing and editing executive-level communications, including speeches, briefing materials, presentations, and digital content related to mental health and/or behavioral health initiatives. Analyzing and translating complex health policies, programs, and research into clear, concise messaging for leadership, stakeholders, and public audiences. Coordinating with senior officials, program staff, and external partners to gather, verify, and synthesize information supporting priorities and strategic communications. Reviewing and managing communication products for editorial quality and plain language for consistency and alignment.
