To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service performing ALL of the following: Planning and coordinating programs to enhance public health evaluation, quality improvement, and monitoring activities; Developing and implementing analytic systems and methods to evaluate community needs for effectiveness and efficiency; Drafting, reviewing, and editing evaluation and performance reports; and Collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and reporting on quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
