Must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-14) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector that demonstrates: 1. Mastery of counterintelligence (CI) targeting principles, program management expertise, and executive leadership. 2. This experience includes directing CI targeting operations, developing and implementing enterprise-level operational support programs, applying advanced analytical and targeting techniques. 3. Engaging in interagency negotiation and intelligence sharing to achieve mission objectives.
