Communicate to managers the rationale for exclusion of individuals on job certifications in such a way as to promote understanding and acceptance of decisions. Prepare and issue merit promotion rosters, certificates of candidate lists in accordance with regulations, local policies and established priorities. Respond to inquiries concerning merit promotion certificates. Verify eligibility of candidates by application of appropriate qualification standards. OR EDUCATION: Successfully completed at least one full academic year of graduate level education or superior academic achievement in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position; or have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a subject area related to the position and am claiming Superior Academic Achievement.
