To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service performing ALL of the following: Leading or supervising staff by setting priorities, managing performance, and fostering effective teamwork; Managing HR management analysis, information governance, or records management programs; Leading program evaluations, strategic initiatives, or organizational assessments related to workforce management or information governance; Interpreting and applying federal laws, regulations, and policies related to records management, privacy, FOIA, cybersecurity, or human capital programs; and Advising senior leadership and coordinating with oversight organizations on compliance, audit readiness, or program modernization initiatives.
