WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Minimum Qualifications: You must have one year specialized experience to perform successfully the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service performing ALL of the following: Interpreting personnel and pay laws and regulations to advise managers, ensure compliance, and identify potential impact to payroll services. Assessing customer needs, analyzing service trends, and recommending process improvements to internal and external stakeholders. Resolving service requests by troubleshooting problems and coordinating customer solutions with personnel and/or payroll staff.
