Expert knowledge of issues pertaining to counterintelligence in general and the portfolio in particular. Expert written and oral communication, including experience in briefing agency seniors and policymakers. Superior critical thinking skills, as demonstrated by the ability to consider strategic contexts, identify needs and requirements, develop recommendations, advocate to and inform internal and external audiences, and evaluate outcomes against goals and objectives.
