Demonstrated ability to lead and support cooperative relationships within the IC, U.S. Government, and foreign partners in protecting the U.S. and its interests abroad. Demonstrated ability to develop collaborative solutions for issues of common concern with partner organizations; ability to manage sensitive matters and/or complex problems, make key contributions to group efforts, and exercise appropriate leadership and initiative. Oral and written communication skills, including ability to tactfully convey complex information and ideas to members of the OIG community, and their staffs. Demonstrated research, planning, and organization skills, and demonstrated ability to manage changing and competing priorities under strict timelines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
