Specialized experience: For the EL-13, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the EL/GS-12 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience includes: Gathering data on allegations or investigations using law enforcement and intelligence databases; AND Researching, analyzing, and evaluating information, databases, financial records, bank statements, and evidence; AND Developing, writing, and editing investigative reports and related correspondence. Specialized experience: For the EL-12, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the EL/GS-11 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience includes: Experience with using law enforcement intelligence databases or other databases; AND Assisting with researching and analyzing databases, such as financial records, bank statements; AND Assisting with developing or writing reports and related correspondence. In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable: For the EL-13, you must have been at the EL/GS-12 level for 52 weeks. For the EL-12, you must have been at the EL/GS-11 level for 52 weeks.
