Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: applying laws, rules, and regulations to execute independent, objective, and comprehensive investigations and inspections into suspected fraud, waste, mismanagement, and administrative inefficiencies; authoring coherent, high-impact reports into complex investigations and inspections, and delivering briefings tailored for senior military leadership and top-level management official; and providing strategic oversight to investigation, inspection, internal control, and audit liaison functions, while directly leading, managing, developing, and coordinating the work of subordinate program managers and civilian personnel.
