Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: theorizing and resolving emergent combat development requirements as well as long range program execution of multiple critical and complex programs; implementing or developing acquisition process to support unconventional programs; developing risk management strategies, identifying and evaluating potential risk and developing and implementing necessary strategies to overcome or minimize it; and interpreting and/or implementing processes and procedures to improve combat development effectiveness.
