GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Assisting with preparation of service contract cost estimates for facility projects; 2) Applying financial portion of Facility Support Contract (FSC) technical services for specification writing; 3) Providing assistance on a wide range of specifications for facility services; 4) Applying knowledge to the development of drafting specifications for facility services contracts; 5) Utilizing knowledge of mechanical or electrical equipment to accomplish Facility Maintenance Projects. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Participating in acquisition planning conferences on complex jobs to advise customers as to scope of work and work conditions; 2) Providing guidance and assisting with preparation of comprehensive service contract cost estimates for complex facility projects; 3) Performing specification writing tasks to include contract estimates, drawings, and specifications for the maintenance, repair, and rehabilitation of real property and equipment; 4) Managing financial portion of Facility Support Contract (FSC) technical services commodity for specification writing; 5) Providing guidance, advisory support and assistance on a wide range of management issues; 6) Managing Facility Support Contract (FSC) projects progress to ensure adherence to milestones are met.
