Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Monitoring trouble-calls from inception to closeout to aid in closing out facility maintenance and repair call tickets; 2) Entering and updating data in automated systems (e.g. Maximo or a similar information management system) to record important data for future reports; 3) Monitoring ticket work flow (e.g., emergency urgent, and routine trouble calls and project tickets) to identify changes and streamline processes; and 4) Dispatching work orders (short and long range facility maintenance, repair, and minor construction, etc.) equitably to keep workload balanced and prevent backups.
