NT-03: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 through GS-11 or NT-02 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Formulating local program policy and procedures governing the tracking of inter-service and intra-governmental taskers; 2) Editing and reviewing highly complex scientific and engineering documents; 3) Composing correspondence on multiple subjects as outlined in regulations and procedures.
