Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (DA-04) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate duties related to the following: 1) Providing advisory services to management on employee and labor relations matters; 2) Interpreting and applying personnel laws, regulations, policies, and procedures to resolve complex workforce issues; 3) Developing recommendations and courses of action related to employee conduct, performance, grievances, appeals, or disciplinary matters; 4) Representing management in labor-management relations activities, including negotiations, contract administration, or dispute resolution; and 5) Drafting disciplinary letters, i.e. Letters of Caution, Reprimand, Suspension, Removal in consultation with and on behalf of management and develops case files.
