To qualify for GS-12, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level in the Federal service: Developing work instructions or technical documentation to support fabrication, maintenance, or operation of systems; Coordinating work activities, system outages, or maintenance schedules across teams or facilities; and Resolving technical issues in collaboration with engineering or technical staff while ensuring work is performed in accordance with requirements and standards.
