To qualify for GS-15, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level: Managing environmental engineering program/project activities in the areas of National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), Hazardous Materials Management, Environmental Due Diligence, Clean Water Act, and/or the MSFC Proactive Procurement Program; Leading technical teams or projects and integrating environmental compliance into aerospace engineering activities, mission planning, and execution; Developing environmental policy and guidance and coordinating with regulatory agencies and interagency partners.
