To qualify for this position at the FV-J level, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the FV-I (FG/GS-13) level. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Specialized Experience includes: experience with at least one Technical Operations related systems (Radar, Navigation, Instrument Landing Systems, Automation, or Communications); experience developing or leading a technical team; experience monitoring/tracking/coordinating/assigning the installation of both Air Traffic and Technical Operations training systems.
