To qualify for this position at the FV-K level, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the FV-J (FG/GS-14) level. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Specialized Experience includes: Experience directing and overseeing complex, multi-organizational training or instructional programs; Experience analyzing and evaluating program operations, fiscal resources, workload production, and organizational performance to identify deficiencies, develop corrective actions, and recommend strategic improvements to leadership; and Experience leading organizational change initiatives by developing or improving policies, procedures, business processes, and program structures.
