In addition to the basic entry education requirements, you must have specialized experience and/or directly related education as described below: To qualify for the GS-15 level, you must have 1 year of full-time* specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-14 level defined as providing oversight, or technical expertise for environmental protection support programs in one or more of the following areas: contracts management, data and budget management, or FOIA and records management, and provide coaching or mentoring others to protect human health and the environment.
