Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Planning and coordinating programs (i.e., education services, human/personal growth and development) to assist individuals and groups in managing family and life issues; 2) Conducting interviews with single and married military personnel and family members to provide assistance with such things as developing goals and assisting with referral services; 3) Maintaining liaison with community programs/services to further the family and life program; and 4) Supervising staff assigned to the Work and Family Life unit and organize, set, and monitor the work of the unit based on short-term and long-term priorities.
