Be seen, be understood, be you. </strong></div><br><p> </p><br><div>The position is responsible for managing the lifecycle of products within an assigned portfolio, from ideation and strategy through development, launch, and ongoing enhancements. Partners with cross-functional teams to define market opportunities, translate customer needs into product requirements, and ensure delivery of products that achieve business objectives.</div><br><div> </div><br><div><strong>What You'll Do</strong> </div><br><div><br><ul><br><li>Define, refine, and execute product strategies and roadmaps aligned with business goals and customer needs.</li><br><li>Conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities, validate requirements, and inform prioritization decisions.</li><br><li>Partner with engineering, design, and other teams to translate product vision into features, requirements, and solutions.</li><br><li>Manage the product development lifecycle, including backlog prioritization, release planning, and launch readiness.</li><br><li>Monitor product performance through qualitative and quantitative metrics, and adjust strategy to improve adoption and business impact.</li><br><li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, finance, legal, operations, customer success, etc.) to support go-to-market activities and ensure effective product enablement.</li><br><li>Serve as the voice of the customer and evangelize the product internally and externally.</li><br><li>Contribute to organizational best practices, knowledge sharing, and mentoring of peers as appropriate to level.</li><br><li>Perform other duties and responsibilities as required to support business needs.</li><br></ul><br></div><br><div> </div><br><div><strong>What You'll Bring</strong> </div><br><div><br><ul><br><li>Mastery knowledge of industry best practices and disciplines. Considered a subject matter expert within the organization and contributes to the development of new concepts, techniques and standards.</li><br><li>Industry expertise and/or prior exposure to enterprise software, SaaS, or related technology sectors.</li><br><li>Experience developing solutions to highly complex and uniquely challenging situations. Assignments require extensive evaluation of alternatives and variables. Expected to make improvements to policies and procedures.</li><br><li>Ability to work independently toward long-range goals and objectives. Assignments are often self-initiated using independent judgment and discretion.
