You must meet the following requirements within 30 days of the closing date of this announcement. Specialized Experience: For the GS-14, you must have one year (52 full weeks) of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized Experience for this position includes: Developing and organizing communication plans and initiatives, including conducting communications-related research for programs; AND Executing strategic marketing and communication plans, including targeted initiatives and outreach strategies; AND Creating or overseeing the creation of a wide range of communication/collateral/marketing/promotional material that leverage both online and offline media opportunities and is targeted toward multiple audiences with a mortgage industry discipline; AND Interpreting and communicating policies, procedures and regulations related to business-to-business or business-to-government communications function supporting housing, housing finance or mortgage-related entities. The experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis. Time-in-Grade: In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable: For the GS-14you must have been at the GS-13 level for 52 weeks.
