You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement. Specialized Experience: For the GS-15 grade level, you must have one year (52 full weeks) of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-14 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized Experience for this position includes: Managing administrative services such as human capital, resource management, and personnel transactions; AND Overseeing program administration, contracts and monitoring of contracts, grant administration, and coordination of communication activities; AND Leading a team in the development and execution of housing program initiatives that effect large scale policies and procedures; AND Providing process improvement recommendations orally and in writing to senior leadership. The experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis.
