GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Applicants must have experience demonstrating the ability to follow directions, read, understand, and retain instructions, regulations, and procedures that otherwise validate the ability to perform or learn to perform the duties of the position. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Applicants must have at least 12 months of specialized experience, education, or training equivalent to at least the GS-07 level, or equivalent pay band in other pay systems in the Federal government.
