Knowledge of strategic communication theories, marketing principles and public relations practices, and demonstrates the ability to develop and execute long-term, integrated communication plans in support of large-scale organizational goals. 2. Knowledge of digital marketing and communication channels (social media platforms, Search Engine Optimization (SEO)/ Search Engine Marketing (SEM), email marketing, content management systems). 3. Knowledge of organizational structure, mission, values and strategic objectives. 4. Skill in developing and directing the creation of a wide range of integrated marketing and communications materials, including press releases, website copy, social media content, strategic plans and executive presentations. 5. Ability to apply market research principles and communication analysis techniques, such as audience PART-TIME OR UNPAID EXPERIENCE: Credit will be given for appropriate unpaid and or part-time work. VOLUNTEER WORK EXPERIENCE: Refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service Programs (i.e., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student and social).
