Applicants must have demonstrated experience as listed below. Specialized Experience: Applicants must have at least one full year (52 weeks) of specialized experience which is in or directly related to the line of work of this position. Specialized experience is demonstrated experience in each of the following: Conducting research, analyzing data, monitoring trends, and providing recommendations for improvement of probation and pretrial services oversight activities based on evidence-informed practices and implementation science. Overseeing local or national oversight activities (cyclical reviews, self-assessments, or sentinel event reviews) to evaluate individual cases for compliance with national policies and procedures. Providing leadership and administrative oversight of staff.
