Specialized Experience (GS-14): One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level that demonstrates: Senior-level leadership in logistics and supply chain management. Experience ensuring organizational logistical requirements are met across multiple functions. Skilled in planning, coordinating, and evaluating logistics operations for effectiveness and efficiency. Expertise in acquisition management, purchasing, transportation, distribution, inventory control, EX/NX property, warehouse operations, and lifecycle management. Experience leading acquisition planning, contract management, and procurement activities. Budget formulation, financial forecasting, and resource planning experience. Supervisory experience managing a large, diverse workforce with subordinate supervisors. Proficiency in data analytics, performance measurement, quality improvement, and logistics system implementation. Knowledge of federal logistics policies, including FAR, VAAR, FPMR, OMB guidance, and VHA logistics directives.
