You may qualify based on your experience and/or education as described below: Specialized Experience: You must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade GS-05 in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization. Examples of specialized experience would typically include, but are not limited to: administer budget for several fund control points, provide all essential data for the annual budget forecast, maintain budget control records and ensure that funds are used appropriately, advise management on resource utilization and workload projections, train and assist personnel on office policies and procedures, draft operating procedures from development to implementation, review and revise current clerical procedures, serve as acquisition agent by purchasing supplies and equipment via various purchasing methods, and conduct annual inventory of equipment.
