Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience applying quality assurance principles and methods to develop division plans, policies and procedures as they relate to nuclear submarine overhauls and implementation of NAVSEA's Quality Improvement Program. Experience ensuring a division's mission, objectives, procedures and the relationship of quality assurance with training, cost and schedule adherence are met. Experience applying budget procedures including cost classes and tracking methods as well as a thorough knowledge of shipyard trades. Experience reviewing various shipyard instructions and manual changes and providing comments on proposed instructions and changes.
