Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience identifying and analyzing problems, weighing relevance and accuracy of information, seeking, generating, and evaluating alternative perspectives and solutions, and making timely, effective recommendations based on potential implications of findings or conclusions. Experience presenting information such as project status, conclusions, or recommendations based on deductive and inductive reasoning or quantitative analysis to top-level management, high-level visitors, and/or representatives from outside organizations. Experience demonstrating the ability to represent the command at seminars, meetings, conferences, training, and in other official capacities. Experience participating in meetings with large numbers of project participants and demonstrating the ability to conduct similar meetings. Experience utilizing analytical and statistical methods and procedures including electronic data processing, Navy operations and organizations, and fiscal management techniques, involved in the formulation of policies, procedures, and programs.
